Turnaround time varies. We will keep the current turnaround time on the Order Form page. The turnaround time is from when we receive your order to when it ships. We strive to stay within the listed turnaround time but it is not guaranteed.

At this time our custom printing order form offers standard 8.5x11” sheets.

If you are a new customer you will receive a 10% off code when you sign up for our newsletter. Newsletter sign up can found on the home page of our website!

Any other discounts or sales we have throughout the year will be send out via email!

Here is what we suggest:

- 28 lb – This high-grade paper is great for all your printing needs from black & white to color and single sided or double sided.

- 40 lb – This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a high quality paper. It's a thicker paper and prints look beautiful on this premium paper.

- 110 lb – This is cardstock and is an excellent choice for when you want more durability (think flashcards, posters, etc.).

This is how you want your document printed on the paper when choosing double-sided printing.

- Portrait orientation + long edge flip = normal book

- Portrait orientation + short edge flip = notepad (the spiral would be at the top of the page.)

- Landscape orientation + long edge flip = calendar

- Landscape orientation + short edge flip = a wide book

A vinyl cover is a clear sheet of vinyl that we place on top of the first page of your file. They are also called presentation covers.

For our laminated covers, we simply laminate the first page of your file.

Our form has the capability to upload 5GB. If it is under that, it is not too large. 

Files must be click and print ready. In order to combine multiple files to print and bind together, please visit ilovepdf.com.

Make sure you are not trying to upload from Google Drive or Dropbox. Download the file directly to your computer and upload from there.

At this time we do not offer customer service phone calls.

We can definitely take your order via email at hello@familynestprinting.com for a non-refundable service fee of $19.99. This will include getting your order specifics via email then we will get your final price ready for you, send you an invoice, and receive your files via Dropbox.

We love our customers and want to help everyone have a stress-free, simple experience when ordering. This is why we have kept our order form simple and straightforward. When we take orders via email, it takes a lot more time on our end to process orders. This is a customized service, which is why we charge a service fee.
